What is the "collection" and how does this work?

In order to keep costs down from purchasing a custom design, I offer a very extensive collection of premade designs. You will choose a design that best fits your aesthetic, and then purchase your deposit with your wording, ink color(s), envelope options and any other additional customizations you would like. I will email you a standard design agreement, and provide you with your first proof within 3 business days. Three rounds of proofs are included with your design (2 for save the dates) and additional proofs are available for $25 per proof.

Once you have provided final design approval, your final invoice (minus the deposit) will be sent. Turnaround times listed above are from the final payment, and please note that transit time is not included. If you have ordered Guest Addressing, you will need to submit your final template prior to receiving your final invoice for payment.

 

How many should I order?

My pricing structure is more flexible, so I sell in multiples of 10.

 

Do you offer phone consultations? 

In order to keep costs down, as well as allow for a short turnaround time for my clients, I do not accept consultations for my collection. However, I do welcome any questions you may have not shown on this page or in the pricing and design guides via email, and I am always here to help should you need wording or etiquette assistance!

 

Is it possible to change the layout or fonts of a design?

The designs have been carefully created with the typography, graphics and layouts that you see. If you want to change the layout or fonts, please contact me with your ideas so I can quote a proper design fee.

 

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES?

Yes, I can rush your printing for you on a case-by-case basis. Digital printing is one week (20% of the order total), and letterpress or foil is 2 weeks (50% of the order total). It is recommend that you get in touch prior to purchasing your deposit with your timeline to ensure that I have availability.

 

Will my cards come assembled?

In order to keep costs down as well as ensure your cards arrive safely, all designs will ship flat and unassembled.

 

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Since I only charge an initial deposit, your quantity can be changed right up to final design approval. This allows you to be flexible, in case you are not sure of your quantity at the start of the design phase, or decide in the middle of the design phase that you would like to add an option. If after design has begun and you would like to change designs, a $50 fee will incur and it will also use up one of your proofs.

 

DO YOU OFFER PRINTABLE FILES?

In order to preserve the integrity of the designs, I do not offer printable files except for large signage for your day-of stationery.

 

DO YOU CHARGE TAX?

If you will be shipping within the state of Texas, 8.25% sales tax will be applied to your order.
