WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN MY ORDER?

Suggested Timelines
Save the Dates: 8-12 months in advance; Invitations: 4-6 months; Day-of Stationery: 1.5 - 2 months

 

CAN I CHANGE THE LAYOUT or change fonts?

In order to preserve the integrity of my designs, I generally do not allow font or layout changes (example: using a reply card layout from another design). Please contact me prior to purchase so I may quote you for additional changes beyond colors and text.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE RUSH SERVICES?

I currently do not provide rush services; please get in touch if you are concerned about timing.

 

DO YOU PRINT IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES?

Yes! Please contact me first with sample wording so we can confirm that the fonts used will be able to support special characters.

 

CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM MAP DRAWING?

Absolutely! I can do up to 5 streets and landmarks for a $75 fee; additional details can be accommodated and you may contact me for pricing.

 

CAN I MIX PRINTING METHODS?

Due to the dramatic change in print quality as well as colors, I do not mix printing methods for items going in the same envelope. Example: An invite, reply + insert card can be printed in letterpress; however, your thank you cards can be digital.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTABLE FILES?

In order to preserve the integrity of my designs, I do not offer printable files.

 

CAN I SWITCH THE DESIGN I CHOSE AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once I begin designing, I can accommodate one design change which will take up one of the proofs; additional design changes are billed at $75.

 

CAN I USE A DESIGN FOR A DIFFERENT CELEBRATION?

Absolutely! I can customize the design to fit your wording for any celebration.
