  • Begin finalizing your guest list and gathering mailing addresses so you're ready when it's time to send your stationery. This is also the perfect opportunity to start exploring your design style and establishing a budget for your paper goods.

  • Send your Save the Dates and give guests their first glimpse into your celebration. This is especially important for destination weddings, holiday weekends, and events with many traveling guests.

  • Finalize your invitation design, wording, and guest list so we can begin bringing your vision to life. This timing allows plenty of room for proofing, printing, and any special details that make your suite uniquely yours.

  • Mail your wedding invitations and officially invite guests to celebrate with you. For destination weddings or events with many traveling guests, consider sending them a bit earlier to allow extra time for planning and accommodations.

  • Finalize the day-of details you'd like for your wedding weekend, and reach out when you're ready for a quote.

General Questions

  • For our Collection designs, we recommend placing your order 5-6 months in advance to allow time for design & production. Invitations are typically mailed 3 months in advance of your wedding date, with an RSVP deadline of 6 weeks in advance.

  • On average, we suggest allowing 6-8 weeks after you have submitted your wording for design & production. Timelines vary based on response time, extent of the changes being requested, when final design approval is given, and if the guest address list has been submitted.

  • Yes, and we love them! You can add an illustration to any design for a $300 fee, which we will bill you separately for.

  • Absolutely, they can be purchased here so you can see the quality of our work prior to placing an order.

  • Yes, for our wedding invitation clients we are happy to design beautiful coordinating day-of pieces. For more information, you can visit our day-of page.

  • You order will ship flat and in stacks (invitations, then envelopes, then insert cards). We do offer assembly services, which can be purchased at the time you place your invitation order.

  • Yes, we can print less than 40; however, the cost will remain the same to account for printing plates & the designer’s time.

  • We do not begin the design phase until an order has been placed.
