Day of Paper
I would be honored to be able to create your day of paper, and you are able to either match it to your invitation design or choose a whole new one from my collection. The process is the same as with your invitations, where you will purchase your deposit, choose your items and provide your wording in one easy step. Everything is sold in multiples of 10, except escort/place cards.
You should begin designing approximately 4-6 weeks in advance.
Even if you don't have all the names for your escort/place cards, or even the exact numbers, that's ok! We can at still create the design, so when you are ready we can complete your order and begin printing. This will also allow me to notify you if there is conflict in my schedule, so we can work around that.
Printing time for day of paper is 7 business days from receipt of final payment.

If you would like to order escort or place cards, I have a template below as well as a few tips to ensure your names are set up correctly.
What is the difference between escort and place cards? Escort Cards are usually displayed in the foyer of the reception venue; this tells each guest what table they are to sit at. Place cards are used on the table, to indicate what seat the person should sit in, and if applicable their meal selection.
submitting your spreadsheet
Please check for spelling, capitalization, extra spaces, extra lines, and extra returns (enters) in your spreadsheet. Please note that lines that are too long may need to wrap. Each person should receive their own card, including married couples.

Because I do work with several clients at the same time, please save the file with your last name: i.e. Smith Escort Cards.xls
Email your sheet to firstname.lastname@example.org, and upon receipt I will provide a one-time snapshot for your review. Once you have provided the final template as well as design approval, we can finalize your order!
If you already have a spreadsheet with First Name and Last Name separated into two columns, there is no need to reformat - you may simply insert a last name column to paste it into the new template.
