01 / Discovery

Let’s chat about your vision, get to know one another and what you are looking for.

03 / Design

Once your wedding date is confirmed on our calendar, we will provide a questionnaire so we can collect your details so we may begin designing. Once you have approved the design direction, we will create your suite with a collaborative design phase.

04 / Production

When you love your design, we will print! Production times vary by order, but on average is 5-7 weeks including assembly and shipping.

02 / Book

We will send you a base estimate for your stationery; a 50% retainer and signed contract is needed to secure your date.

INVESTMENT

We usually start with our design fee & base suite, and then customize your investment during the design phase based on your target range.

Average Base Suite | $2,500 - $3,100

This cost includes our design fee, invitation (letterpress printing), lined invitation envelope with return & guest addressing, reply card, and details card.

Pricing varies based on the quantity ordering and print method. After our discovery call, we will provide you with a proposal reflecting your specific quantity and print methods that align with your budget.

Our minimum investment for all stationery (save the dates, invitations & day-of) is $4,000. If this investment is beyond your desired range, we also offer a beautiful semi-custom collection sold exclusively on our website.

Payment Plans

To reserve your date, we kindly require a 50% retainer. The remaining balance will be due once your design is approved and you’re ready to move into printing. Any day-of paper items will be invoiced separately, a bit closer to your wedding date, once those details come into focus.

When should we book?

If you are including save the dates, we recommend booking a minimum of 10-12 months in advance; for invitations and day-of, it is recommended to book 7-9 months in advance. We can accommodate shorter timeframes if necessary - please reach out so we may review your timeline.


What is the average wedding stationery budget?

Our custom clients typically invest $5,000–$15,000+ in their wedding stationery. We approach each project with careful attention to your priorities and budget, crafting a refined suite that feels elevated while remaining within your desired range.


What if I am not sure what I want yet?

That’s perfectly fine! You don’t need to worry about understanding print methods, paper weights, or any of the technical details — that’s our job. We’ll thoughtfully guide you every step of the way. Once you book with us, we’ll send a complimentary, curated sample pack so you can see and feel the papers in person and discover what you’re drawn to most.
