After you purchase your favorite design, we will send you a detailed form to gather information about your business, who your ideal client is, and color preferences.
Design
Once you have submitted your information, we will begin designing and send you a proof within a week. One additional round of revisions is included.
Delivery
After you love your new brand, we will deliver your files within a few business days via a Dropbox link.

What is the timeline?
Once we receive all of your details, we will provide a proof of your brand in one week; one additional round of revisions is included. Once approved, we will deliver your files within 2-3 business days.
what exactly can be customized?
Your name, tagline, and details are fully customized, with unique colors and patterns curated for you within the set layout.
Do you offer web design?
Yes, we currently offer custom web design on Squarespace. Please inquire to learn more about the process & details.
How many times will this design be sold?
Unlike typical semi-custom designs, each design is sold only 8 times, ensuring your brand feels distinct. We also ensure that we do not provide the same design for the same market location.
What if I need more revisions?
Two total proofs are included with your purchase; additional proofs are available for $150 each.
What if I would like something custom?

What will I receive?
You will receive your logos in every color from your palette, a custom pattern design, color codes and font information. As a bonus, we also provide 3 custom social media graphics to launch your new brand!
Are font licenses included?
Fonts are not included, however we will provide a link where you can purchase them. Don’t worry, we only choose affordable typography for our semi-custom collection!
What if i need more than what is shown?
We are happy to help! We can design additional logos, business cards, notecards, and more and even assist with printing. Please inquire for pricing and more information.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, our standard process is 50% of the total at time of booking, then the remaining due prior to file delivery (about 2 weeks later). You can inquire directly with us if you would like to explore this option.
