Print Timing
By making a stationery purchase on our website, you agree to the following print times (after design approval):

Digital: minimum of 2 weeks after client design approval
Letterpress/foil: minimum of 3-4 weeks after client design approval

Once you approve the proof, it is final. The client is responsible for the design in its entirety; once cards are sent to print, we are unable to make additional changes. Please ensure your guest address count is accurate prior to placing your order; should you need more at a later date, it will require a $100 print set up fee plus the cost of the items.

While we strive to represent colors shown on our website and your final product, we cannot guarantee that colors will be identical to the color on your screen. If you elected multiple printing methods for your cards, please note that digital and letterpress colors will vary from each other and will not be a match.

We recommend ordering a sample if you are unsure about your selections in advance of placing an order. We source from many vendors for our products, and cannot guarantee that all of the paper, envelopes, and any extras that we offer through our Collection will be available. For handmade paper, there will be variances in size, color, texture, and thickness. Please note that these are made from recycled materials, so the beauty of handmade pieces is not an indicator of an error.

The design phase timing is primarily based on the client's response time. We are unable to guarantee any print or production times listed, as these are estimates. We will notify the client as soon as possible if the order needs longer times due to backordered materials, print vendors, etc. which are out of August + White's control.

For day of stationery, if you have purchased guest personalized items printing will not begin until we have received your template. August + White is not responsible for late guest name submissions.

We are unable to guarantee shipping times from third party carriers, and it is out of August + White's control on shipping time. Please allow additional time in your schedule for shipping delays and lost packages due to third party carriers.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of your order, we do not offer refunds or any type of cancellations. Should there be an error on our end, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible; please note we require a minimum of a 1 week grace period to correct any errors.

August + White LLC may at any time cancel an order for any reason.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure the pricing is correct on the site; however, we reserve the right to refund and cancel any order with incorrect pricing.

Illustrations: Illustration fees are for design time for one proof, not for the actual product and we unable to provide refunds. August + White will retain the rights to the illustration, and it cannot be distributed or resold.

Postage: Once you receive your package, you will take one full set to the post office where you will be mailing them from to have them properly weighed and inquire about hand cancelling services.
