THE PROCESS

TURNAROUND TIME

for save the dates and invitations

Within a few business days after receiving your order, you will see a full proof of all the items you have chosen. Design time depends on how fast you respond to design changes, edits, and when you approve your order for printing.

Printing will begin after you have signed off on your design.

Digital: 2 weeks for printing, plus shipping time
Letterpress or Foil: 3-4 weeks for printing, plus shipping time

Assembly services chosen will take an additional week of production.

Rush printing can be purchased directly in each listing on our website.

GRAPHICS

As a part of our collection, you can delete/swap any of our graphics with your chosen design. You will find our graphic options under Customization with our invitation and save the date listings.

We also offer custom illustration services, if you are looking for something truly unique!

HOW MANY TO ORDER
You will count the number of addresses (not guests) and add 10-20 extra for lost or damaged mail, keepsakes, and for your photographer.


WHEN TO MAIL
Save the Dates: 6-8 months in advance.

Invitations: 3 months in advance, with a reply deadline 6-8 weeks in advance.

Two (2) total proofs are included with your order. Once your order is placed, within a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to submit your wording. We will create your proof based on your information, and it will include all embellishments so you may see everything together.

Two digital proofs are included to perfect your design; additional proofs are available for $75 per round.

The client is responsible for the design in its entirety; once cards are sent to print, we are unable to make additional changes.

When you receive your package, we recommend taking one full suite to the post office you are mailing them from to have it properly weighed prior to obtaining postage. Each post office is slightly different, so we recommend this to avoid having any returned to you.

To make sure your invitations arrive looking their best, it is recommended that you have your invitations hand-cancelled (instead of running through a postage machine). You will need to contact your local post office to inquire about these services.

Due to the custom nature of your order, we do not offer refunds or any type of cancellations once the order is placed.

We are happy to design cards in alternate languages. Please note that if you are needing multiple language invites (i.e. one in English, one in Spanish) you will purchase those separately on our website.
